Electrical work in Wyoming
Wyoming's Rental Inspection Guidelines read like a list of what an inspector walks past in a house: electrical outlets and GFCI protection, the service panel (open breaker slots and the cover), smoke and CO detector placement, and furnace or water heater venting. Landlords register with Building Inspections; ask the city which inspection interval applies. Owners of any age of house can use it as a pre-visit check, and an electrical inspection shows what a visit would find.
